I am Dr. Anand Bhardwaj, Director International Institute of Vaidic Culture, New Delhi (INDIA) & you are getting the details about courses being organized by IIVC.

Friend, International Institute of Vaidic Culture, New Delhi (INDIA) to which we may call IIVC, India is an international status organization which is registered by Government of NCT, NEW DELHI under the Registration Act- 1908. It has its registered office at 12, DDA, A Block, Sector-1, Sarita Vihar, Main Mathura Road, New Delhi (INDIA).

Before you know to it, I would like to clarify 4 main features of the Institute & its coaching system:

1. All the courses offered by IIVC are paid… there is no free course. Secondly there is no concession for one student… however for a group of 3 or more students, a flat concession of 30% can be availed.
2. All the courses being offered by IIVC are only thru Online i.e. thru emails only. However students from India can chose courses thru Post or courier. But they will have to pay extra charges for Coloured printing & postage expenses. There is no regular classroom system at all. The medium of course matter are English & Hindi only.
3. IIVC is an autonomous, personal & private Institute which is an independent organization meant to impart education, research & training of Vastu Shastra, Fengshui, Pranic Healing, Reiki & other concerned occult sciences. This institute is not working under the control or command or directions of any Indian or foreign university, UGC, educational institure, training organization etc.  It has absolutely no concern with any Government or Private institute or organization.
4. IIVC has its own management body to look after its working, development, controls & legal obligations.

Students shall have to pay only the fees… for everything including issue of your PRN i.e. permanent registration number, letter of fees receipt, entire reading material, question papers, detailed guidelines, VIVA & other email communication. This I am telling you to ensure you that there are no hidden charges….. I repeat.. There are no extra or hidden charges. We dont charge any extra amount for sending the letter of completion of the course, printed & laminated Vastu folder & Certificate etc. which we send thru Registered Indian Post or Courier etc.

Now I will explain you the procedure…

First step: You opened our website www.vastu-india.com… Located the Courses Menu…. Then read all the four pages one by one & then you got to know the fee structure, duration & precise details about the curriculum or course matter and admission form for Level-1 which is called basic course or elementary course. If everything suits you, just fill up the admission form and submit. Instantly the admission Department shall receive your request i.e. filled-in admission form & will acknowledge the same within 24 hours. After examining your elegibilty, the admission staff shall send you another mail within next 24 hours stating that you are eligible to do this course and we will also send your Temporary Registration Number. This letter shall contain various methods or modes of paying the fees. As soon as you pay the fees, we shall receive the information from the bank, Western Union, Paypal or other modes whatever used by you… BUT we shall require you to send us an email stating that you have deposited or sent the course fees with your Temporary Registration Number so that the fees paid by you can be added to your personal file.

2. Second thing.. if you have any problem in locating the application form, just send us mail on iivc999@gmail.com stating your name, gender, date of birth, qualification, phone number, address and medium i.e. hindi or English.. We shall use this data to create your file … there is no problem.

3. Within 24 hours from receiving the course fees we shall send you the Joining letter, Chaper 1 which is called Module 1, its question paper & guidelines as to how to reply the question paper. We hope to receive the answer sheets thru email as soon as you mail us. Within 24 hours from the time of receiving your answers, we shall send the next Module & next question paper. The system shall follow this procedure.

4. Students, all the Modules are very easy to understand.. however if you feel any difficulty, please mail the query or call me on +91-9811656700 or come on SKYPE to discuss face to face between 9 PM to 10.30 PM after prior fixing the time thru mail. Level-1 has 11 Modules, 11 Question Papers & one Viva..

5. Viva is a sort of informal discussion of few minutes on Chat, Phone, google hangouts, Skype etc. This is compulsory so that at least once I can directly interact with my student to know him & he feels confident that he has directly talked to me.

After the Viva, our examination team shall prepare your mark sheet or grade sheet, then we shall send your Letter of Completion of that level, your marks or Grade, your certificate, your colored & laminated Vastu folder etc. thru Post or Courier. In India it reaches within one week whereas in other country it may take 2 to 3 weeks time…. BUT if you are interested in getting the soft copy of your letter and certificate, we can send its scanned copy also within 2 days… let the hard copy packet take its time to reach you.

However, if you are interested in getting admission to next Level-2, simply you have to pay the fees & there is no need of any formality of filling or submitting the application form because your PRN i.e. Permanent registration Number shall always remain the same.

Your result shall be summarized in grades like A++, A+, B, C & D. In case of D grade, the student shall have to send again the answers of those Modules which are grading low. There are no extra charges for resubmission.

The certificates are different in colour, size & style for each Level  and they bear my signature, signatures of your courses coordinator or examination head. It is under the seal & Logo of IIVC i.e International Institute of Vaidic Culture (Registered).

I again repeat that we do not offer any Regular Course or Classroom system. We prefer to march with time.. no one would like to move physically in private or public transport system spoiling many hours on the road… that too when today everybody is very dynamic & prefers to do many things simultaneously like study, training, business, shopping, enjoying life also. So why to enter again into the 19 th. century.. one should be technology savvy, internet friendly, modern & advanced. Please note that fees once paid cannot be refunded or transferred in others account.

Let me again share the most attractive features of our courses..

If you are very fast and reply the Modules every day, you can complete one month course in 15 days, but if you are occupied or engaged in any other personal assignment like job, function, tours or other reasons, no need to worry because one month course can be completed within 6 months….. It means we are very much flexible and match with the requirement, comfort and availability of the students …
